Rejoice Once Again

I am so fortuate that my Belle will once again sing the tune of Rejoice. I've been adopted by a wonderful family from Michigan and will soon be going to my forever home.

I came in from Ohio and staying a few days in Illinois with a foster family. I was treated to a bath and grooming, all spruced up for my new family. What do you think of my new style? I'm a English Style Setter!

Afterwards, I got to play outside with my new friends.

The Belle Shall Ring Once Again

I was adopted by a very loving family, but now I am looking for another home. My family is moving and can't take me along. I've grown to love them as much as they me, but my bell is growing silent as the days go by knowing that in a few weeks, we will have to say good-bye.

My future is bright, I just know it. My bell will ring once again. I just hope it's soon, for the uncertainties are deafening.

I'm just a little petite thing and don't take up much room in your lap.

When I'm sleeping, I have dreams lately, that I will be going to a strange place. A place of unknown, but I know my mom loves me and will only give me to someone that can love me as much as she has. Will that someone be you?

My mom asked me to tell you something about me. I think she says it better, so here is what she says about me. "Belle is an AMAZING little girl. Vets have guessed her age to be around 5, however, we believe she may be just 2 or 3. She is very gentle, quiet and loving. She is a true lap dog, smaller than your average English Setter. She is house trained, crate trained, loves kids, cats and other dogs. We think she would love to have a play mate, we have a Chihuahua who isn't really willing to play with her and Belle is very mindful of her wishes. She is very birdy, likes to watch just about any small animal outside and will point on occasion. She loves to take walks and enjoys riding in the car. We allow her to sleep in our bed and sit with us on the furniture so hope her new family will do the same. She is a very quiet Setter, hardly barks at all. It has taken her a little while to adjust to our routine and she is slowly coming out of her shell and her true personality is beginning to show through. She is truly a gem and I want to make sure she is loved and taken care of like she is with us. She is of course spayed and very healthy at the present time. She definitely will need a fence, she is a runner and will take off if she can get out the door. But with proper training, I'm sure she will learn to ease the urge."

Do you think I would fit into your family lifestyle?
